At Flavored Henny Bottles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.
1. No Returns on Alcoholic Beverages
Due to federal and state laws regulating the sale and distribution of alcohol, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any alcoholic beverage purchases, including Flavored Hennessy, Cognac, Scotch, Bourbon, or any other spirits.
We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing the purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Email us at support@flavoredhennybottles.com with:
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
Your order number
A description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:
Contact us at support@flavoredhennybottles.com within 72 hours of the marked delivery date.
We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and provide updates.
If the carrier confirms the loss, we’ll either replace the order or issue a refund.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@flavoredhennybottles.com with your order number.
5. Non-Returnable Items
In addition to alcoholic beverages, the following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards
Promotional items
Opened or used merchandise
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
You will be notified by email when your refund is issued.
